Finding your wedding gown is a very special process. We would like to make this as enjoyable as possible.
Below are some answers to questions you might have. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any other questions:
How can I book a fitting?
You can book a fitting directly on our website under the ‘Book an Appointment’ tab – follow all the steps and make sure you receive an email confirming the appointment. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us at 021 556 4430.

What are the cost of fittings?
Tuesday – Friday: Free for the first 5 dresses thereafter R20 per dress
Saturday: R150 per appointment
Sunday Fittings: R200(cash only)
Saturday fittings include a complimentary glass of champagne for the bride and 3 guests. Additional guests will be charged for champagne
What are your trading hours?
Saturday and Sunday fittings are STRICTLY by appointment only
Who can I bring with?
We can accommodate the bride and a maximum of 3 guests. Regretfully no children or pets are allowed.
How long is a fitting?
Appointments are 60 minutes to ensure enough time to have a relaxed fitting experience. You can try on as many dresses in your 60 minutes as you want. Please click here to make a booking. As we want to give every bride her full 60 minutes experience, we ask that you not be more than 15 minutes early. By the same token, arriving late will result in a shortened consultation time. We understand that sometimes it is impossible to keep an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. Please cancel your appointment as soon as possible so that we can accommodate other brides on the waiting list. We appreciate your help with regards to this.
What do I need to bring to the appointment?
Please bring correct underwear/shapewear if you intend to wear them on your wedding day. This can make a huge difference in the way a dress fits. Please try not to wear makeup if possible.
Do I need to book an appointment?
We work on an appointment basis only. Please make sure to book your appointment well in advance to avoid disappointment. A consultant will assist you with the fitting after she has determined your needs. She will also pick dresses based on your requirements for you to try. We suggest that if you intend to buy a dress that you make a booking about 6-8 months prior to your booking and if you are renting around 3-4 months before your date.
What are the cost of your dresses?
We try to cater for all brides when it comes to budget. Our rental prices start at R3500 and go up to R15000 and purchase prices start at R7000 and go up to R25000. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book a dress for rental. If buying a dress we require a 70% non-refundable deposit to order the dress. Alterations and accessories are not included in the prices and will be charged separately.
Do you offer rentals?
We rent out most of our samples. Rental dresses are subject to availability for your date and first come first served. We can do certain alterations to rental dress as long as it doesn’t affect the original look of the dress and it can be undone. Regretfully we cannot rent out dresses to very short ladies as we have limits to where we can shorten the dresses.
What sizes do you have?
We carry a variety of sizes ranging from size 8 – 20. Most of our dresses can be ordered in different sizes when purchasing.
Are we allowed to take pictures?
Unfortunately we no longer allow photos under ANY circumstances
Do you offer an alteration service?
We do offer in-house alterations. Alterations are billed separately and is for the account of the client. We need around 8 weeks for alterations to be done.
How can I pay for my fitting?
- We have credit/debit card facilities for your convenience, you can also pay cash on the day of the fitting.
